This month’s color challenge of green and white really was a challenge for me. I rarely ever scrap using green, so this challenge made me break out of my comfort zone! I don’t know why I don’t use much green because it looks great and the color really pops. I think I’ll be breaking out my green stash more now!
This layout is about a trip my husband and I took to Savannah, GA last year. We went the weekend before St. Patrick’s Day. Did you know that Savannah has the 2nd largest St. Patrick’s Day parade and celebration in the country (after New York City)? We got to watch Irish step-dancing, listen to bagpipes, and see the water in all of the city’s fountains colored green!
